Welcome to Joy Aquarium. By purchasing products, livestock, aquarium tanks, plants, or services from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. General
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payments
Full payment must be made before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.
In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a refund.
3. Live Fish, Shrimp & Aquatic Plants
All fish, shrimp, snails, and aquatic plants are checked for health before dispatch.
Once livestock is delivered, responsibility for acclimation, care, and maintenance transfers to the customer.
Due to the nature of live animals and plants, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided unless the item arrives dead and proof is submitted within 2 hours of delivery.
4. Aquarium Tanks & Accessories
Customers must inspect products upon delivery.
Any damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours with photos and videos.
Used, altered, or damaged products are not eligible for return.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Joy Aquarium is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Warranty
Manufacturer warranty, if applicable, applies only to eligible equipment such as filters, lights, pumps, and accessories.
Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, power fluctuations, or accidental damage.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should ensure suitable tank size, water parameters, and compatibility before purchasing livestock.
Joy Aquarium reserves the right to refuse the sale of livestock if the requested setup is considered unsuitable for the animal’s welfare.
8. Limitation of Liability
Joy Aquarium shall not be liable for losses resulting from improper care, acclimation issues, equipment misuse, or livestock mortality after delivery.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
