Return & Refund Policy

At Joy Aquarium, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1.Live Fish & Aquatic Plants

Due to the delicate nature of live fish, shrimp, snails, and aquatic plants, returns are not accepted.
In case of DOA (Dead on Arrival), customers must send clear photos/videos within 2 hours of delivery.
After verification, a replacement or store credit may be provided.

2.Aquarium Tanks

Customers must inspect the tank at the time of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Custom-made tanks are non-refundable and non-returnable.

3. Aquarium Equipment & Accessories

Filters, lights, pumps, heaters, and other accessories can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Products damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return.

4.Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5.Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Custom aquarium orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.
